To force an update you need to download a fresh copy of OSBuddy First, close any other open Runescape clients, then delete the OSBuddy Head to the OSBuddy website and download a fresh copy. OSBuddy also handles Java for you, but it might be outdated. To get the latest bit Java version, download from here.
To easily uninstall Java from your PC, you can use this tool. If you're having issues with stuttering or lower than expected framerate, you'll need to make sure that your Java installation and OSBuddy client is completely up to date.
